sec.239BA Content of approved form for adjudication application about alternative insurance
The approved form for an adjudication application for an order approving alternative insurance must require the applicant to provide details of— the alternative insurance the applicant proposes to put in place; and the grounds on which the application is made. Section 281A states the matters an adjudicator must be satisfied of before making an order approving alternative insurance. s 239BA ins 2023 No. 29 s 30
