sec.231 Appointment of commissioner
There is to be a commissioner for body corporate and community management. The commissioner is appointed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . A person may hold the office of commissioner as well as another position under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 231 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.231-ssec.1) There is to be a commissioner for body corporate and community management. (sec.231-ssec.2) The commissioner is appointed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . (sec.231-ssec.3) A person may hold the office of commissioner as well as another position under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
