sec.220 Definition for pt 3
In this part— lot means— a lot included in a community titles scheme; or a lot (a proposed lot ) intended to come into existence as a lot included in a community titles scheme when the scheme is established or changed. s 220 def lot amd 1997 No. 78 s 21
