sec.218F Evidentiary provision
In a proceeding for an offence against this part, a copy of a contract or other instrument purporting to relate to the sale or purchase of a proposed lot and produced on behalf of the complainant is admissible in evidence as if it were the original contract or instrument. s 218F ins 2014 No. 46 s 19
