sec.205C References to disclosure statement

This section applies if a lot is intended to come into existence as a lot included in a community titles scheme when the scheme is established or changed. In this chapter, a reference to a disclosure statement for the lot includes a reference to the prescribed documents accompanying the statement for the lot. In this section— prescribed documents , accompanying a disclosure statement, means the documents mentioned in section 213 (2) (a) (ii) , (f) and (fa). s 205C ins 2014 No. 46 s 9 amd 2023 No. 27 s 266 (sec.205C-ssec.1) This section applies if a lot is intended to come into existence as a lot included in a community titles scheme when the scheme is established or changed.
