sec.192 Mortgagees
This section applies if, for a community titles scheme— there is a registered mortgagee of a lot included in the scheme; and there is in place insurance— required to be put in place under the regulation module applying to the scheme; or put in place under an alternative insurance order. The mortgagee’s interest in the lot mentioned in subsection (1) (a) is taken to be noted on the policy for the insurance mentioned in subsection (1) (b) . s 192 amd 2023 No. 29 s 23 (sec.192-ssec.1) This section applies if, for a community titles scheme— there is a registered mortgagee of a lot included in the scheme; and there is in place insurance— required to be put in place under the regulation module applying to the scheme; or put in place under an alternative insurance order. (sec.192-ssec.2) The mortgagee’s interest in the lot mentioned in subsection (1) (a) is taken to be noted on the policy for the insurance mentioned in subsection (1) (b) .
