sec.188 Who may start proceeding
A proceeding for an offence under this division may be started only by— for an offence under subdivision 1 —the body corporate that gave the continuing contravention notice or future contravention notice the subject of the proceeding; or for an offence under subdivision 2 —the owner that gave the continuing contravention notice or future contravention notice. s 188 sub 2011 No. 9 s 25
