sec.173 Regulation of exclusive use by-laws
The regulation module applying to the scheme may make provision about— the inclusion of conditions in an exclusive use by-law (including conditions about payments to be made by the owner of the lot to which the by-law attaches); and obligations imposed on the owner of a lot to which the by-law attaches (including obligations that would otherwise be obligations of the body corporate); and authorisation given under an exclusive use by-law for the making of improvements; and recovery of amounts payable under an exclusive use by-law.
