sec.168 Meaning of by-laws
By-laws , for a community titles scheme, are provisions that appear in the community management statement under the heading of “BY-LAWS”. However, if the community management statement does not include provisions that are, or that purport to be, the by-laws for the scheme, the by-laws for the scheme are the provisions stated in schedule 4 .
