sec.164 Definition for pt 4
In this part— occupier , of a lot included in a community titles scheme, includes— if there is no occupier of the lot, the owner of the lot; and if the lot is a subsidiary scheme—the body corporate for the subsidiary scheme. For this part, if a lot referred to is a community titles scheme, the reference includes a reference to the scheme land for the scheme.
