sec.162 Body corporate’s power to remedy defective building work
The regulation module applying to a community titles scheme may authorise the body corporate to bring a proceeding under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 or another law to have remedied a defect in building work carried out for the owner of a lot included in the scheme. s 162 amd 2003 No. 6 s 52 ; 2013 No. 38 s 14 sch 1
