sec.158 Supply of services by body corporate
The body corporate for a community titles scheme may supply, or engage another person to supply, services for the benefit of owners and occupiers of lots in the way, and to the extent, authorised under the regulation module applying to the scheme. A body corporate is not permitted to carry on a business—see section 96 . s 158 amd 2011 No. 9 s 3 sch
