sec.156 Acquisition of amenities for benefit of lot owners
The body corporate for a community titles scheme may acquire, and enter into agreements about the use of, real and personal property in the way, and to the extent, authorised under the regulation module applying to the scheme. This section does not apply to agreements about common property.
