sec.149A Specialist adjudication or QCAT jurisdiction
A party to a dispute about the transfer, under this division, of a letting agent’s management rights may apply— under chapter 6 , for an order of a specialist adjudicator to resolve the dispute; or as provided under the QCAT Act , for an order of QCAT exercising the tribunal’s original jurisdiction to resolve the dispute. s 149A ins 2007 No. 11 s 14 amd 2009 No. 24 s 364
- (a) under chapter 6 , for an order of a specialist adjudicator to resolve the dispute; or
- (b) as provided under the QCAT Act , for an order of QCAT exercising the tribunal’s original jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
