sec.149 Giving copy of review advice to letting agent and prospective buyer of management rights
Within 14 days after obtaining the review advice, the body corporate must give a copy of it to the letting agent. If requested by a prospective buyer of the letting agent’s management rights, the body corporate must give a copy of the review advice to the prospective buyer. s 149 ins 2003 No. 6 s 49 (sec.149-ssec.1) Within 14 days after obtaining the review advice, the body corporate must give a copy of it to the letting agent. (sec.149-ssec.2) If requested by a prospective buyer of the letting agent’s management rights, the body corporate must give a copy of the review advice to the prospective buyer.
