sec.14 Meaning of body corporate manager
A person is a body corporate manager for a community titles scheme if the person is engaged by the body corporate (other than as an employee of the body corporate) to supply administrative services to the body corporate, whether or not the person is also engaged to carry out the functions of a committee, and the executive members of a committee, for a body corporate. s 14 amd 2003 No. 6 s 4
