sec.121 Power of body corporate manager to act for body corporate
A decision of a body corporate manager in exercising a power under an authorisation given under section 120 is a decision of the body corporate. Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision that, under the regulation module applying to the scheme, is a decision on a restricted issue for a committee for a body corporate. s 121 ins 2003 No. 6 s 44 (sec.121-ssec.1) A decision of a body corporate manager in exercising a power under an authorisation given under section 120 is a decision of the body corporate. (sec.121-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision that, under the regulation module applying to the scheme, is a decision on a restricted issue for a committee for a body corporate.
