sec.120 Schemes for which there is no committee for the body corporate
This section applies if, under a regulation module applying to a community titles scheme, there is no committee for the body corporate. However, this section does not apply to a specified two-lot scheme. The body corporate, in writing, may authorise the body corporate manager to exercise the powers ( authorised powers ) of a committee for a body corporate and an executive member of a committee. The body corporate, in writing, may revoke the authorisation at any time. s 120 ins 2003 No. 6 s 44 amd 2011 No. 9 s 18 (sec.120-ssec.1) This section applies if, under a regulation module applying to a community titles scheme, there is no committee for the body corporate.
