sec.12 Meaning of community management statement
A community management statement is basic to the identification of a community titles scheme. A community management statement is a document that— identifies land; and otherwise complies with the requirements of this Act for a community management statement. (sec.12-ssec.1) A community management statement is basic to the identification of a community titles scheme.
