sec.117 Combined engagement and authorisation
A contract is not void merely because it includes 2 or more of the following— the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager for a community titles scheme; the engagement of a person as a service contractor for a community titles scheme; the authorisation of a person as a letting agent for a community titles scheme.
- (a) the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager for a community titles scheme;
- (b) the engagement of a person as a service contractor for a community titles scheme;
- (c) the authorisation of a person as a letting agent for a community titles scheme.
