sec.96 Mediators’ function
A mediator’s function is to seek to resolve, by mediation under this Act or the Small Business Commissioner Act 2022 , the following disputes within a mediator’s jurisdiction— a retail tenancy dispute; a small business dispute. s 96 amd 2022 No. 5 s 64
- (a) a retail tenancy dispute;
- (b) a small business dispute.
