sec.95 Mediators
The commissioner may appoint an appropriately qualified person as a mediator for the term decided by the commissioner. A mediator is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the commissioner. A mediator holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, decided by the commissioner. A mediator is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 95 sub 2020 No. 15 s 192 amd 2022 No. 5 s 63 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.95-ssec.1) The commissioner may appoint an appropriately qualified person as a mediator for the term decided by the commissioner.
