sec.60 Mediator may allow interested person to take part in mediation conference
The mediator may allow a person to take part in the mediation conference if— the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the resolution of the retail tenancy dispute; and each of the other parties to the dispute consents. However, the person does not become a party to the dispute. s 60 amd 2022 No. 5 s 57 (sec.60-ssec.1) The mediator may allow a person to take part in the mediation conference if— the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the resolution of the retail tenancy dispute; and each of the other parties to the dispute consents. (sec.60-ssec.2) However, the person does not become a party to the dispute.
