sec.55 Lodgement of retail tenancy disputes

A party to a retail tenancy dispute that is within a mediator’s jurisdiction under section 97 may lodge notice of the dispute with the commissioner. The notice ( dispute notice ) must be in the approved form and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 55 amd 2000 No. 19 s 37 ; 2022 No. 5 s 54 (sec.55-ssec.1) A party to a retail tenancy dispute that is within a mediator’s jurisdiction under section 97 may lodge notice of the dispute with the commissioner.
