sec.43AD Lessor’s liability for relocation or demolition
This section applies if the lessor causes the lessee to vacate the leased shop in the circumstances mentioned in section 43 (1) (f) . The lessor is not liable to pay compensation under section 43 (1) to the extent the lessee is otherwise entitled to payment of relocation costs under section 46G or reasonable compensation under section 46K . s 43AD ins 2016 No. 21 s 40 (sec.43AD-ssec.1) This section applies if the lessor causes the lessee to vacate the leased shop in the circumstances mentioned in section 43 (1) (f) . (sec.43AD-ssec.2) The lessor is not liable to pay compensation under section 43 (1) to the extent the lessee is otherwise entitled to payment of relocation costs under section 46G or reasonable compensation under section 46K .
