sec.43AC No liability for compensation—trading hours
The lessor is not liable to pay compensation under section 43 (1) or 43AA merely because the lessor has prevented the lessee from extending, as permitted by the Trading (Allowable Hours) Act 1990 , the hours during which the lessee keeps the leased shop open for trading. s 43AC ins 2016 No. 21 s 40
