sec.155 Existing mediators
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as a mediator under former section 95. The person’s appointment continues in force under new section 95 from the commencement— according to its terms and conditions; and for the remaining term of the appointment under former section 95. In this section— former section 95 means section 95 as in force from time to time before the commencement. new section 95 means section 95 as in force from the commencement. s 155 ins 2020 No. 15 s 196 (sec.155-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as a mediator under former section 95. (sec.155-ssec.2) The person’s appointment continues in force under new section 95 from the commencement— according to its terms and conditions; and for the remaining term of the appointment under former section 95. (sec.155-ssec.3) In this section— former section 95 means section 95 as in force from time to time before the commencement. new section 95 means section 95 as in force from the commencement.
