sec.149 Termination by lessee
This section applies if, before the commencement, a lessor gives a lessee a lessor’s termination notice for a retail shop lease under former section 46I. On and after the commencement, former section 46J continues to apply in relation to the lease. s 149 ins 2016 No. 21 s 60 (sec.149-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a lessor gives a lessee a lessor’s termination notice for a retail shop lease under former section 46I.
