sec.136 Definitions for div 3
In this division— amendment Act means the Retail Shop Leases Amendment Act 2016 . former , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force immediately before the amendment of the provision under the amendment Act. new , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force after the amendment of the provision under the amendment Act. s 136 ins 2016 No. 21 s 60
