sec.122 Review of Act
The Minister must carry out reviews of the operation of this Act to decide whether its provisions remain appropriate. Each review must be carried out within 7 years after the previous review. The Minister must prepare a report on each review and table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly as soon as practicable after it is prepared. s 122 amd 2006 No. 4 s 44 (sec.122-ssec.1) The Minister must carry out reviews of the operation of this Act to decide whether its provisions remain appropriate.
