sec.121 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may be made about— the fees payable under this Act; and the practices and procedures of the mediation process. A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties of not more than 50 penalty units for the offences. s 121 amd 2003 No. 19 s 3 sch ; 2009 No. 24 s 1596 (sec.121-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. (sec.121-ssec.2) A regulation may be made about— the fees payable under this Act; and the practices and procedures of the mediation process. (sec.121-ssec.3) A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties of not more than 50 penalty units for the offences.
