sec.12 Application of Act—where lease entered into
This Act applies to all retail shop leases of premises in Queensland— regardless of where the lease is entered into; and even though the lease purports to be governed by a law other than Queensland law.
- (a) regardless of where the lease is entered into; and
- (b) even though the lease purports to be governed by a law other than Queensland law.
