sec.119 Approval of forms
The chief executive may approve forms for use under this Act. The commissioner may approve forms for use under part 8 . s 119 prev s 119 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1594 om 2022 No. 5 s 71 pres s 118 ins 2022 No. 5 s 72 (sec.119-ssec.1) The chief executive may approve forms for use under this Act.
