sec.100 Removal from office
The commissioner may remove a mediator from office, by written notice given to the mediator, if the commissioner is satisfied the mediator— is incapable of properly discharging the functions of a mediator; or is unfit to hold the office. s 100 amd 2020 No. 15 s 195 ; 2022 No. 5 s 67
- (a) is incapable of properly discharging the functions of a mediator; or
- (b) is unfit to hold the office.
