8 Forms of oath and affirmation by witnesses
(1) For the purposes of subsection 20(2) of the Act, Part 1 of Schedule 1 prescribes a form of an oath of a witness. (2) For the purposes of subsection 20(2) of the Act, Part 2 of Schedule 1 prescribes a form of an affirmation of a witness.
