30 Punishment of offenders
*[Section 30 Amended by No. 55 of 1965, s. 5 ]**[Section 30 Amended by No. 43 of 1991, s. 5 and Sched. 1 ]*A person convicted of an offence against this Act shall, if no higher penalty is provided, be punishable by a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.
