#### 10 Investigation and report 10 Investigation and report > > (1) The Board is to conduct an investigation into and make a report on any complaint referred to it and not withdrawn by the Minister. > > > (2) The Board is, as far as possible, to use its best endeavours to complete the investigation and report within 10 weeks after receiving the complaint or such other period as the Minister may approve from time to time.
