#### 96 As to damages 96 As to damages > In the exercise of the powers granted by this Act, the Constructing Authority and all other persons shall do as little damage as possible; and, if required, full satisfaction shall be made in manner herein provided, to all persons interested in any lands or hereditaments which are used, injured, or prejudicially affected, for all damages sustained by them by reason of the exercise of such powers. > > **s 96:** Am 1991 No 22, Sch 1.
