#### 94 Such works to be constructed under the superintendence of the Constructing Authority’s engineer 94 Such works to be constructed under the superintendence of the Constructing Authority’s engineer > If the Constructing Authority so desires, all such last-mentioned accommodation works shall be constructed under the superintendence of the engineer or other officer superintending the making or construction of any public work, and according to plans and specifications to be submitted to and approved by the Constructing Authority. > > Provided that the Constructing Authority shall not be entitled to require either that plans should be adopted which would involve a greater expense than that incurred in the execution of similar works by the Constructing Authority, or that the plans selected should be executed in a more expensive manner than that adopted in similar cases by the Constructing Authority.
