#### 93 Power to owners of lands to make additional accommodation works 93 Power to owners of lands to make additional accommodation works > If any owner or occupier of lands affected by such public work considers the accommodation works made by the Constructing Authority or directed by the Governor to be made by the Constructing Authority insufficient for the commodious use of his or her lands, such owner or occupier, at any time, at his or her own expense, may make such further works for that purpose as he or she thinks necessary, and as are agreed to by the Constructing Authority.
