#### 36 Under what circumstances negatived proposals may be re-submitted 36 Under what circumstances negatived proposals may be re-submitted > If any such resolution declares that it is not expedient to carry out any proposed work, no proposal for a public work in substance identical with the work referred to in such resolution shall be submitted to the Legislative Assembly until after the expiration of one year from the notification of such resolution as aforesaid, unless the Governor, by writing under the Governor’s hand addressed to the Committee, declares that, in the Governor’s opinion and in view of the public interest, it is desirable that any such proposal should be re-submitted to the said Assembly.
