#### 169 Delegation of Board’s functions 169 Delegation of Board’s functions > > (1) The Board may delegate to an authorised person any of its functions, other than this power of delegation. > > > (2) A delegate may subdelegate to an authorised person any function delegated by the Board if the delegate is authorised in writing to do so by the Board. > > > (3) In this section, authorised person means any of the following— > > > > > (a) a member of the Board or a subcommittee of the Board, > > > > > (b) a Public Service employee, > > > > > (c) a statutory body, > > > > > (d) a statutory officer, > > > > > (e) any other person or body, or person or body of a class, prescribed by the regulations. > > **s 169:** Am 2013 No 40, Sch 6.7 \[6\].
