9 Register of public trusts
*[Section 9 Amended by No. 21 of 1996, s. 20 and Sched. 1 ]*The Recorder shall keep or cause to be kept a book, to be called the Register of Public Trusts, the folios of which shall be numbered consecutively, and each of which shall be in the approved form.
