8 How application is to be dealt with
*[Section 8 Amended by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 2 ]*If the Recorder is satisfied that the trust is one which may be registered under this Act, and that the evidence by which the application is supported is sufficient, he shall register such trust.
