31 Right of applicant to withdraw application
*[Section 31 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 78 ]*Any person who has applied to be registered as head or representative of a religious denomination may at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to and lodged with the Recorder, withdraw his application, and thereupon such application shall be withdrawn.
