28 Right of person in whom chose in action vested under Act to sue in own name
*[Section 28 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 78 ]*In any case where under the provisions of this Act any chose in action becomes vested in any person either solely or jointly with any other person, such person may sue for and recover the same in his own name either solely or jointly with such other person, as the case may be.
