19 Registration of new trustee
Whenever it is proved to the satisfaction of the Recorder that any person has been duly appointed a trustee of any registered trust and has accepted such trust, he shall register the appointment of such trustee, and shall in the next vacant line on the folium of the Register of Public Trusts relating to such trust, and in the proper columns, enter or cause to be entered the name and description of such trustee and the date of making the entry, and shall sign his name to authenticate the same.
