99 Public Trustee to have the powers, &c., of natural person Subject to this Act, where the Public Trustee is appointed in any of the capacities that he or she is permitted to be appointed by or under this Act, the Public Trustee shall have the same rights and powers and be subject to the same duties and liabilities as a natural person appointed in that capacity.
