79 Balance of estates held on trust After payment or deduction of all debts, fees, commission and expenses incidental to the collection, management and administration of an estate, the Public Trustee shall hold the residue of the estate for the person or persons lawfully entitled to the same subject to any further claim for commission or expenses that the Public Trustee may from time to time have.
