78 Intestate distributions Where the assets of an estate under administration by the Public Trustee are insufficient to pay the liabilities in full, the Public Trustee shall apply those assets in accordance with the priorities applicable to the distribution of assets under Part II of the Fourth Schedule to the Administration and Probate Act 1969.
